I can't get the game to run.
Are you sure you have DirectX installed? 3D Live Pool requires the latest version of DirectX to run. To download the latest version of DirectX, go to http://www.microsoft.com/directx/.
Are you sure your computer meets the other required specifications? Check out the following:

3D Graphics card
DirectX 8.0 or higher
Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/Vista
Processor 300 MHz or higher
32 MB RAM
10 MB free disk space

The game window looks too small, what should I do?
You can drag edges of the window to resize it.

The balls haven't colors or shadows, what should I do?
Please update your video card driver.

It runs too slow on my computer.
You may improve the frame rate by:
Click preference->optimization to uncheck some effect options.
Play this game under a 16bit color mode instead of 32bit.
Play it in a smaller window.
